Margaret Adam is senior program director for IDC's European Channels and Alliances program. Based in London, Margaret is responsible for driving IDC’s research, innovation and thought leadership agenda within the context of partnering and ecosystems within Western Europe. Central to this is understanding how broader industry trends impact the relationships that partners have with their customers, their technology vendors and with each other. This includes identifying the next-generation of partners, advising on innovative partnering practices and understanding the implications and opportunities that digital transformation presents to the partner ecosystem. 

Margaret is a regular keynote summit presenter on topics including, but not limited to, partner of the future, next-generation partnering, cloud ecosystems, digital ecosystems, partner marketing innovation, startup collaboration and partner profitability.
